The Devotion Story

Since 2014, Devotion Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy has been more than a club – it’s a home for champions. Through graceful movement, discipline and dedication, we inspire young athletes to dream big, build strong character and unlock their full potential.

Like many good stories, this one starts with Love for Gymnastics

Since 2014, that love has been the heartbeat of Devotion RGA. What began as a humble passion project has evolved into a premier academy, producing British Champions and international athletes through unwavering dedication and expert coaching.

Our journey wasn’t built overnight. We remember our first days: training in a small local gym with just a handful of gymnasts, meeting only twice a week for a few precious hours. The space was limited, but the ambition was boundless. We poured our hearts into those few hours, proving that it isn’t the size of the gym that makes a champion—it’s the spirit within it.

As our “Devotion Family” grew, so did our vision. Today, we operate in a dedicated facility, running a full elite schedule five days a week. This expansion has allowed us to transform from a local club into a high-performance hub—a place where the same love we started with in 2014 now fuels the journey of GBR’s next generation of stars.

Our Mission

Every Child is a Star. Every Step is a Story. Every Goal is Within Reach.

Meet Our Founder

“At Devotion, we believe in the potential of every gymnast. Our goal is to provide the technical foundation and emotional support that allows our athletes to grow from their first British Championship to the International stage with confidence and grace.

Success on the carpet is only half the story. To me, coaching is about the long-term journey. We start with a 3.5-year-old’s first roll and work toward the moment they put on their GBR tracksuit. This requires more than just hours of training. It requires a partnership built on trust.

We often say that ‘Precision is the language of Rhythmic Gymnastics, but Passion is its heart.’ We don’t just chase medals, we chase the best version of every child who walks through our doors. Whether they are competing in their first ever event or representing the nation at a World Championship, I want them to feel that Devotion is their home, their support  and their springboard to greatness.”

Three Things We Believe In

1.

The Power of "Yet"

We believe every gymnast has a unique timeline. Whether it’s a first cartwheel or a World Championship ribbon routine, we don’t say “I can’t”—we say “I can’t do it yet.” We are committed to the patience and persistence it takes to turn “yet” into “yes.”

2.

Excellence is a Habit, Not a Goal

Our journey taught us one thing: greatness is built in the quietest hours. We believe that consistency, discipline and practice is the only bridge between a dream and the podium.

3.

Family First, Champions Second

We believe a gymnast performs best when they feel safe, seen and supported. Our academy is a family-like environment where the bond between coach and athlete is the foundation. We don’t just train athletes, we nurture the happy, confident children behind the medals.
